 The questions to ask!

1. Where is your company located?

We are a locally owned and operated business with over 25 years in the special event industry. We understand the importance of on time delivery and scheduled servicing of units.

2. What Types of Services Do You Offer?

We offer standard porta potty units, porta potty with hand sink, ADA units, hand washing stations single sink to hand washing trailers You're probably familiar with the long rows of plastic compartments used for construction. But for upscale events, it's possible to get much nicer trailer options with pleasant decor, and you can also select handicap accessible stalls (ADA stalls) along with hand washing stations.

3. Is Cleaning Included?

Cleaning is included for all monthly rentals with once weekly servicing. Event units are serviced at the end of the event, if your event will last more than a few hours, you want each porta potty to be cleaned and emptied regularly to keep it pleasant for guests.

4. How Many Units Do I Need?

Depending on the number of guests and the size of your event, the number of restrooms you need can vary wildly.

5. Where Should I Place the Units?

It's best to place units where there will be the most passing traffic. This helps guests not go out of their way. In more spread out events, intermittent porta-potty placement is better, as this serves to also prevent the guests from walking far distances.

Additionally, you'll want to tell the porta potty company the location, how many for the location, and what time you want the units there. This makes drop off easy.

6. What Will It Cost?

Make sure you agree up front on pricing and get a written estimate for the service. This should include an itemized breakdown of the number and type of facilities provided, as well as services, like cleaning and the final pump

7. Will You Be Available If Something Goes Wrong?

We are available 24/7 in case of any issues with the portable toilets. This way, if there is a problem, like a tipped compartment or a leak, you'll have help correcting it.
